Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and agreements with Berkelzompvaart (MoSo Engineering), established at Galvanistraat 1873, 3029 AD Rotterdam, Nederland (Chamber of Commerce 95444297).

Booking and payment

A booking is final once payment is completed. Payments are made online via our payment provider. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

After payment you receive a confirmation with an e-ticket containing a QR code.

Tickets and access

Show your e-ticket (on your phone or printed) at the dock. Please be on time; the departure leaves at the scheduled time.

Right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to leisure services performed on a specific date or within a specific period, such as our sailings. By booking, you agree to this.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by us: if a sailing is cancelled by us due to weather, safety or force majeure, we offer you a rebooking or a full refund.

Cancellation by you: cancellation terms depend on the booked product and are stated at booking. For products with a "weather guarantee", a refund is only possible when we cancel the sailing.

Late arrival or no-show: no refund is given for late arrival or no-show.

Safety and conduct on board

Instructions from the skipper must be followed at all times. The maximum number of people per sailing may not be exceeded. Children are the responsibility of an accompanying adult.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking. We are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
